Any individual using the services available on this website will be referred to as “the user” or “the applicant.”
The terms “Legentric”, “we”, “our”, “us”, or “the company” refer to GOV PAPERS SL, the legal owner and operator of this website.
These Terms regulate:
the use of the website
the contracting of services

and the relationship between the user and the company.
In order to provide our services, the following personal information may be collected and securely stored:
Full name
Place and date of birth
Identification number or official document details

Connection records, IP address, and cookies

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Users agree:
to provide accurate and truthful information
not to submit false, misleading, or incomplete data
not to use our services for illegal or unauthorized purposes
Legentric reserves the right to cancel requests or restrict access to services in cases of misuse or violation of these Terms.

Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.
Legentric provides administrative assistance, digital support services, and document processing solutions for individuals, freelancers, and businesses.
Our services may include, but are not limited to:
Administrative and document management assistance
Digital support for official procedures
Automated document retrieval and processing
Administrative outsourcing services
Digital documentation management
Assistance with obtaining official records and certificates
All services are provided as assistance services, meaning Legentric helps users process or obtain documents through the appropriate official channels.
Legentric is not a government authority and does not issue official documents.
Users must review our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Legal Notice before using the website.
Legentric may provide automated tools designed to assist users in obtaining certain publicly available documents from official sources.
These services may include automated retrieval of documents available in public government databases.
Legentric operates as a private and independent platform.
We are not affiliated with any government authority, registry office, or public institution.
We do not modify, alter, or certify personal data contained in official records.
Any certified document must be obtained directly from the corresponding official authority if required.
Once payment has been successfully completed:
The system processes the request automatically.
The document is retrieved from the relevant official database where applicable.
The document is delivered to the email address provided by the user.
In most cases, delivery is automatic or immediate.
In the unlikely event that the automated process fails:
The user must notify us via email.
Once notified, we will review the request and resend the document within 24 hours.
If a technical failure is detected by our system, the document will also be sent manually within the same timeframe.
If the failure is not reported and cannot be detected automatically, refunds will not apply.
Some of our services include the scheduling and/or management of appointments with official entities or third-party institutions on behalf of the user.
When such a service is contracted, we act on the preferences indicated by the user (for example, preferred dates or time slots) and provide the resulting appointment details, including date, time, and location, to assist the user in attending the corresponding procedure.
This appointment management is part of the assistance service provided by Legentric, regardless of whether the underlying procedure could also be completed by the user independently without an appointment. The service fee covers the search, coordination, and communication of the appointment on the user’s behalf.
If the user has an active appointment in the virtual queue and has been informed by email, the service will be refunded if requested. Otherwise, the user must cancel the appointment.
If neither of these two actions is taken, the case will remain on hold. Any future claims submitted through other channels cannot be considered valid, as the user has not requested a refund by email and has not cancelled their position in the virtual queue, which prevents us from continuing with the process.
All service fees include the professional service charges of Legentric and, where applicable, third-party costs related to document processing.
Fees become non-refundable once a request has been submitted and processed.
Users who have questions about a service are encouraged to contact:
before completing a purchase.
All digital payments are processed through secure encrypted payment systems.
For automated document services, prices may be established in EUR and automatically converted into other currencies where applicable.
Due to the automated and immediate nature of many of our services, refunds are generally not provided once the request has been processed.
If a payment error occurs, such as an accidental duplicate payment, users may contact us for assistance.
Each case will be reviewed individually.
If the contracted service includes a scheduled appointment, the user must request any refund before the date and time of that appointment. Once the appointment date and time have passed, no refunds will be issued, regardless of whether the user attended the appointment or not.
For certain Ireland-related document services, the total amount paid may include an official third-party authority fee of EUR 20 + shipping. This fee is paid to the relevant Irish authority, including HSE where applicable, in connection with the client’s official request.
This official fee is separate from our service fee. It is not retained by us and cannot be refunded by us once the request has been submitted or the fee has been paid to the authority.
By placing an order, the client acknowledges and accepts that any official third-party authority fee, including the EUR 20 official fee for applicable Ireland services, is non-refundable once submitted or paid. This applies even if the client later cancels the request, changes their mind, provides incorrect or incomplete information, does not receive the document within an expected timeframe, or opens a payment dispute.
Clients must contact us before opening any dispute or chargeback so we can review the case and, where applicable, assist with locating or following up on the official request with the relevant Irish
authority.
If a bank or payment institution accepts a chargeback in favour of the client despite the disputed amount including an official third-party authority fee already paid on the client’s behalf, we reserve the right to submit all relevant evidence to HSE or the relevant Irish authority. This may include the client’s order details, payment evidence, application information, and the details of the payment institution involved, so the authority can review the matter and take any appropriate action.
The official authority fee is the client’s responsibility and will not be absorbed by us when it has already been paid or submitted in connection with the client’s official request.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Legentric shall not be held liable for:
Loss of data, devices, or passwords not caused by our negligence
Financial or commercial losses
Indirect or unforeseeable damages
External technical failures or network interruptions
Maintenance issues or force majeure events
Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the user
Inability to obtain documents due to errors or limitations in official government systems
In cases of force majeure, the obligations of the company may be suspended until the situation has been resolved.
Users are responsible for:
Providing accurate and complete information
Verifying the correctness of their email address before payment
Reviewing all applicable policies before using our services
Legentric is not responsible for issues resulting from incorrect data submitted by the user.
